To bring in cheer to the last month of the year and adding to the festive spirit, we crafters have come together to offer you a pattern a day, either for free or for a discount of 50%. Joining this group, I present my Crown of Light- a simple pattern that adds beauty to your décor. Make it colours to match your home, make them as quick gifts for holiday parties, or for Secret Santa goodies.
This pattern is worked around a ring or a bangle, allowing for a candle or tealight to be placed in the middle. It could also be used for a place setting, with a glass of wine. The variations in use and modifications are endless. Though the pattern is designed to have the edges turn upwards forming a kind of crown, it can lay flat with blocking. Add beads and elevate the final look.
